The Narrative

Dead Ale Wives, Dungeons & Dragons mp3

  • Setting

  • The setting in this story is in the living room of a typical teenager's domicile.

  • Characters

  • The characters in this story sound very much like young pubescent teenagers that don't have a life.

  • Narrator

  • Narrator speaks to the audience and offers an explanation for the strange behavior of the characters.

  • Events

  • There are several events that are involved in this story. The opening ceremony, the introduction to the story, the argument, the drinking, and many more that contributed to the idea that Dungeons & Dragons game is "Satan's Game."

  • Temporal Relations

  • Generally chronological however there are some flashbacks presented by the narrator.

  • Casual Relations

  • The inability to do push-ups causes the need to play games that other people find distasteful.

  • Audience

  • Any skeptic of the original role playing game Dungeons & Dragons.

  • Theme

  • The theme here is that the teens have cercum to the devil because of beeing teesed by there peers.

  • Genre

  • I think irony is the major player here.
